INCLUDES: Changing the engine oil and filter with 15W40 oil (up to 22 quarts; additional quarts available at $7.82 each), LF3000 Oil Filter (pricing for alternative filters may vary), lubrication of all grease fittings, and tire pressure checked and set according to manufacturer recommendations.

INCLUDES: Changing engine oil & filter using 5W30 (up to 8 quarts; each additional quart is $6.72). The service includes a Ford Oil Filter 51372, although pricing for other filters may vary. We will lube all grease fittings and check & set the tire pressure according to manufacturer recommendations.

INCLUDES: Change Engine Oil (up to 2 quarts), Change Engine Filter (if present), Clean Spark Arrestor, Clean and Check Battery, and Clean Air Filter (with replacement available at an additional cost).

INCLUDES: Clean Spark Arrestor, a thorough clean and check of the battery, change of engine oil, replacement of the oil filter, and air filter. Additionally, we replace spark plugs, clean engine cooling fins, and replace the fuel filter. We also adjust the valve lash and clean the cylinder head, with replacement available if needed at an additional cost.

INCLUDES: Clean Spark Arrestor, a thorough cleaning and check of the battery, changing the engine oil, replacing the oil filter, and installing a new air filter. Additionally, we will replace the spark plugs, clean the engine cooling fins, replace the fuel filter, and adjust the valve lash for optimal performance.

INCLUDES: Change engine oil (up to 3 quarts), change engine filter, clean spark arrestor, clean and check battery, and clean air filter (replacement available for an additional cost).

INCLUDES: Clean and check battery connections, clean the spark arrestor, check V-belt tension, change engine oil, change the engine filter, replace the air filter, replace the fuel filter, and check coolant anti-freeze protection. **Generator removal, if required, is an additional $525.

INCLUDES: Inspect the unit for soot, check the screen for any foreign material, flush the holding tank, and test the unit to ensure normal operation across all heating sources.

Our service includes a thorough inspection of the furnace venting, checking the unit for any soot buildup, testing the unit to ensure it operates normally, adjusting the ignitor as needed, and cleaning the burn chamber for optimal performance.

INCLUDES: Visual inspection of all working components, checking the operational temperature of the freezer and refrigerator (please ensure the unit has been powered on for at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment). A visual inspection of the condenser coils, cooling unit, burn chamber, and wiring will also be conducted. Additionally, we will clean the coils, burn chamber, and vents.

INCLUDES: Clean Evaporator coil, Clean Condenser coil, and Clean Return filter.

INCLUDES: Operate each AC unit for 15 minutes, document the maximum AMP draw while the compressor is running, measure the air return temperature, and measure the air supply temperature.

INCLUDES: Clean burn chamber, replace nozzle, replace fuel filter, visually inspect the flame sensor, and adjust the spark igniter.
