Purchasing an RV can be a large investment. Protect your investment by knowing as much as you possibly can about the RV you are interested in BEFORE you purchase.

Regardless of the size or age of the RV, have it inspected. Don’t let the outside of any RV fool you. Let the experienced eye of our Inspector provide an opinion on the outside, inside, underside and all the RV systems and components.

Your inspection report covers over 600 data points about the RV. Every place water can enter, every joint, seem, penetration, all appliances and systems. Every door, drawer, cabinet, wall and ceiling is touched. The floor is carefully observed during the entire inspection looking for creaks, cracks, peeling, soft spots, etc.

No customer has every said "I wish I had more information." That is the best compliment we can receive.

Engage your Inspector as soon as you have found a unit you think you want to purchase.
Typically, Inspections can happen within just a few days, depending on how quickly the Seller can have the unit ready.
Once you have found an Inspector you can trust and an RV you want, you will be just a few days away from having all the information you need to make an informed buying decision!

Your inspector will be on-site with the RV for 6-8 hours gathering the 600+ data points for the report. Many more hours will be spent adding this data to your 75+ page report, including the 100 photos (approximately).

Your report will be available in less than 24 hours after the on-site portion of the inspection is complete.

Before your Inspector arrives, ensure the seller has:

1. Connected the RV to shore power (30amp minimum)
2. The Refrigerator has been ON for at least 12 hours
3. City water via food grade hose with pressure regulator is available
4. Sewer Dump Station available
